Our Career Pathways program gives TANF eligible young adults between the ages of 16 and 24 skills training in high-demand occupations that they need to prepare for successful employment. We provide comprehensive wraparound support services (such as resume preparation, interview skills and job search guidance), literacy assistance and post-employment follow-ups to ensure participants have achieved and retained employment.
