Medicaid Advocacy Program
Professionally trained social workers and caseworkers, sensitive to the needs of Holocaust Survivors, provide guidance around accessing Medicaid funded homecare services. Services include eligibility screening, application submission, coordination of homecare evaluations and legal/trust referrals. JCCGCI’s advocacy program assists with the complex MLTC appeals process; guiding clients through requesting additional homecare hours and filing appeals.
We would like to thank our Claims Conference funders.
